It's been a while. My blog screwed up, my comments disappeared, and I'm thirty seconds away from deleting it and going foetal in a corner. But, alas. I should be studying, so a small-ish update today.
I have a Tumblr. It's exciting! The pictures are awesome, and it's so wonderful when a picture you post gets reblogged by everybody and their mother! I've wasted so much valuable study time on there and on photoshop, so that's probably not good.
Marion got eliminated on MasterChef! This is wonderful news! I never liked her, and her stupid smile. I don't doubt she was a good cook, but it seemed so obvious she was the favourite, and she was so protected. Last week she made the worst macarons, but hey, she's allowed to stay. WTF. But unlucky, she failed at satay sauce. I like Aaron, too - he seems to know just how bad the show is, and he's not shy about it. And I'm team Jonathon - The Terminator!
I saw Toy Story 3 and I loved it! It was amazing. I was so nervous that it would be bad, but it was made for the kids who never grew up, that watched the originals as a kid. In traditional Pixar fashion, I was bawling in the last 30 minutes. I know that Andy needed to move on, and the gang got to stay together. It was so sad, though.
So, Spanish!Buzz is my hero! That was by far the funniest part of the movie. I was in tears I was laughing so hard. The dance with Jessie was just so funny. I need to see this movie again.
The new characters were brilliant, too. Chuckles the depressed clown was hilarious. Mr. Pricklepants was amazing! He was a classically trained actor - they do a lot of improv, though. Lotso needed a better punishment, like going to the Caterpillar Room, or something. AND KEN. How hilarious was he? I don't think I've ever loved a hunk of animated plastic as much as I loved him! The different outfits! Barbie's form of torture being to rip up his vintage threads while he was tied up in his underwear! HAHA WHAT I SHIP TOYS TOO! Caterpillar thinking absolutely nothing of it when "Ken" was strutting around in high heels! Ken switching sides at the end! Oh man, he was totally my favorite new toy! I like that he and Barbie were the King and Queen of the daycare center afterwards only they ruled in a democratic fashion because Barbie's an activist like that and Ken just wants everything to be sunshine and puppies.
9/10. Easily. It was fabulous. And the Pixar Short, Day & Night was just amazing, as well. It was cute, it was funny, it was brilliant. Go see this movie, I tell you. And take me with you.

Government should derive from the consent of the governed, rather than the threat of force, you know.
I ship Ken and Barbie down the Nile and back.
Spanish!Buzz makes me want a Spanish boyfriend, hahaha. My friend offered to help matchmake me and her Spanish boyfriend's siblings. Pity she lives in Germany.
I thought that Mr and Mrs Potatohead deserves an honorable mention. While everyone else was busy milking out all the plot-juice, they were at the sidelines being the funniest things ever.
When he was Mr Tortilla Head, I was slightly terrified.
But yes, they do deserve a mention, but seriously, Ken and Barbie are my OTP :D
what is this place?
